Nick and K-9 Brooksy

My name is Nick Leach. I served in the US Army Reserves for 8 years and was deployed in Iraq
in 2003. Upon returning home in 2004 I got married and started a family. I was divorced in 2017.
Got remarried in 2021 and my wife and I live in Coon Rapids. I have 3 daughters ages 17, 16,
and 13. They keep me busy and I love every minute of it. I am a middle school science teacher
and have been teaching for 2 years. l am working on my masters degree in special education.
When I am not teaching or doing school work, my wife and I enjoy being outside in the summer,
golfing, fishing or going up to the cabin and cruising around the lake. In the winter you can find
us on the ice, or around town trying to catch some fish. Other things I really enjoy are sports. I try to
still play fastpitch softball in the summer and hockey in the winter. I find the time and comradery on the field and the ice to be extremely therapeutic for me.
